At AotoParts, we want you to love your new look, so we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy on all unworn fashion items with original tags attached. If your fit isn't quite right, we are here to help you find the perfect replacement or issue a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unworn garments in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and labels remain intact.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand over your package to the designated carrier; once we inspect the items at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
